"Sacred Serpent" Large Scarf 90cm
A hand illustrated piece inspired by Rome’s iconic sculptures and mythological heritage. This sunset-hued cherub design, adorned with hand-drawn Aesculapian snakes, symbolizes renewal, growth, and healing.
Crafted consciously from luxuriously soft, subtly sheer Tencel textile, this scarf is a versatile accessory that adds timeless elegance to any look. Each piece is authentically hand-roll hemmed in our Milan, Italy studio, celebrating small-batch craftsmanship for fashion visionaries.
This scarf design is deeply personal, as it represents my first creation since moving to Italy—a new chapter filled with discovery and growth. The sunset-hued illustration features cherubs, inspired by the religious and mythological sculptures that grace the streets and piazzas of Rome. These celestial figures evoke a sense of timeless beauty, spirituality, and wonder, capturing the essence of the eternal city.
Intertwined with the cherubs are Aesculapian snakes, a symbol of transformation, healing, and renewal in mythology. These serpents were associated with Aesculapius, the Greek god of medicine, and serve as a reminder of the power of personal growth and change.
Together, the cherubs and snakes tell a story of hope, resilience, and the beauty of embracing life’s transitions. This scarf is designed to inspire the wearer to embody these qualities—attracting healing, strength, and renewal in their journey.
